EXTENDED WARRANTY

The Uroshock extended warranty at the time of acquisition of our products provides the customers
certain rights and privileges.
1) Any defective products will be either repaired or replaced for a period of 2 years from the date
of purchase of the item.
2) The product will be shipped to the Uroshock offices at no expense to the customer, and either
the repaired product or a brand-new product will be shipped back at no expense to the
customer. Contact support@Uroshock.com or call 833-UROSHOCK to arrange shipment of
defective product.
3) Any customer who drops a product, resulting in breakage, is entitled to one (1) free
replacement.
4) If more than one damaged product is felt to be a consequence of breakage, or misuse, the
customer will not be eligible for a free replacement. This determination will be made solely by
Uroshock.
